Returns Policy

At Especially Dogs we hope that you and your dogs are completely satisfied with our products. However, if you are not absolutely delighted with your order, please read our Returns Policy.

Damaged Items 

Our parcels are carefully packaged by hand. If your order has arrived damaged, please notify us by emailing hello@especiallydogs.co.uk within 14 working days, specifying your order number. Please return the damaged item to us and we will be happy to replace it or offer a full refund. Should you need to return a damaged item to us, we will refund the postage costs in full.

Incorrect/Missing Items 

If we have sent you an incorrect item or there is an item missing from your order, please notify us by emailing hello@especiallydogs.co.uk specifying your order number. We will contact you with instructions via email and will endeavour to send your correct/missing items to you in a timely manner. Should you need to return an incorrect item to us, we will refund the postage costs in full.

Exchange/refund 

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen, please return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition with the original packaging. Please email hello@especiallydos.co.uk specifying your order number and reason for returning the item. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or when we have sent you an incorrect item, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning items please obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
